Any use by you of our website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement. We may change these Terms and Conditions without letting you know and therefore it is up to you to check this page for any changes. Your continued use of our website means that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy statement.

You must be over 18 years old to buy goods from this site. If you are under 18, you can only use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Order Acceptance

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible.

 The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have the product in stock and we are able to dispatch the product to you at the address you provide us with. Acceptance will be complete at the time that payment is received for goods ordered into Sublime Clothing’s bank account.

We welcome orders from most overseas. Orders must be paid for by credit card or bank transfer. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate.

Returns

You can return a product if you receive an item that is damaged or defective or incorrectly supplied. You can exchange a size if incorrectly ordered. To do so you must inform us by email within 5 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Sales Services Department, by email – sales@sublimeclothing.co.za

Please quote your name and surname and email address on all correspondence. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Sublime Clothing and you requires that you return the goods to Sublime Clothing on cancellation.

On condition:  

  • That the product is returned in its original condition- tags not removed.
  • That the customer returns the product within five working days of receipt and email confirmation of the return within 2 days of receipt to sales@sublimeclothing.co.za
  • That the returns must be shipped freight prepaid. The onus is on the customer to ensure that the goods returned are received by Sublime Clothing within 5 working days of written notice. Under no circumstances will Sublime Clothing accept responsibility for goods returned that are lost in transit.
  • On receipt of the returned goods, Sublime Clothing will make all reasonable effort to exchange as the returned product and if not possible give you a refund/credit of the amount paid including delivery costs. Such amount will be refunded within 21 days of cancellation, beginning on the day written notice was given. If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.               

                                                                                                                                             

How to Return

Returns will take up to 21  days to process.

Send the parcel back to P O Box 728, Knysna, 6570. We will email or phone you on receipt.
Always ask for a proof of posting.

  • In store

You can return items to any of our stores. Please take your proof of purchase with you.
